Asian Baby Carriers
Nannie Cool Mei-teis are made with 100% Cotton Drill or Cotton Blend, backed with beautiful, fun designs. Most are made to order, so please expect them to take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Mei-tei's marked "in stock" will be posted first class within two working days.
Mei-tais are available in two sizes; Baby and Toddler. A Baby Mei-tai should be suitable up to around the age of one, although you may want to consider purchasing a Toddler Mei-tai earlier if you have a long baby.
The swatches on this site are to give you an indication of the colour and style of the fabric - I'm afraid I can't guarantee an exact colour match, but I am always happy to send you a sample of any fabric.
As you can see below left, my Mei-Teis have four rows of stitching, to ensure that load-bearing areas are completely secure, and the quality of the stitching mean that they are fully reversible. My unique design, with the backs tapering into the shoulder straps (below right) makes for a more comfortable experience for you as the shoulder straps sit more evenly on the shoulders than other brands.
